Luke is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and the proud owner of Restart Exercise Physiology. He graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In his spare time he loves to keep active, and can’t sit still for too long! He has previously played AFL at a semi-professional level, and rates trekking to Mt. Everest Base Camp as an experience of a lifetime!
Kate graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology . She is the Practice Manager at Restart’s Carseldine practice and is a valuable team member. Seeing improvement in pain scores, mobility and vitality are the driving forces behind her growing passion for exercise rehabilitation for elderly populations.
Duncan graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. He loves all things sport, especially rugby. Duncan not only still plays but is also the strength and conditioning coach for the UQ 7’s program. Duncan has a passion for injury rehabilitation and loves assisting people to achieve their maximum potential and increase their quality of life through exercise intervention.
Ross completed his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Sydney University and his Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) at Charles Sturt University, earning the Deans Award. Ross is passionate about musculoskeletal injuries and is focused on improving quality of life and reducing pain and discomfort in his patients.
Bernadette graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Bernadette is always happy for a chat, whether it’s discussing the footy score or fawning over photos of your pets. What she loves most about her job is seeing clients achieve their goals. Especially those improvements that make their everyday activities pain free and more manageable.
